Good afternoon,I have a deal. We are in the top 2 offers of being accepted by the seller which is expected early next week. This is a classic Class B suburban value add multifamily property that we have been seeking for a very long time. While it’s bigger than our typical deal, the fundamentals are the same. The out of state ownership and management has left a ton of low hanging fruit that we intend to capitalize on.I’m sending this email in preparation for the call Tuesday where the seller intends to decide between the two offers.
